- 250 ml corn seed oil

- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 lemon juice

Preparation
A tasty and delicious sauce with the rich texture of mayonnaise and the intense flavor of shrimp. You can use it to enrich salads, stuff sandwiches or enjoy a shrimp cocktail.
To prepare the mayonnaise, place the yolks (of room-temperature eggs) in a high-sided bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice and begin whisking lightly with an electric beater at medium speed to get the yolks to take on body. At this point, pour the oil in a trickle several times, as soon as the mayonnaise is ready and whipped, add the salt, a pinch of pepper one and a half teaspoons of vinegar and the Colatura di Gambero Rosso® di Mazara del Vallo shrimp and mix again with the whisk for a few seconds, still at medium speed. Your mayonnaise is ready, transfer it gently to a small bowl and enjoy as you like.
