Preparation
First prepare the toast. You can use traditional bread or homemade bread, even from the day before.
You can grill the bread slices on a grill rack, for a few minutes, until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Or, in the oven place them on a baking sheet and toast them at 200° for about 10 minutes until the bread turns golden brown. Meanwhile, shell the prawns and remove the black thread, cut them into small pieces and place them in a bowl to season with oil, salt and pepper. When it is time to serve the bruschetta, arrange the toasted bread slices on a plate and top them with the prawn tartare, burrata cheese, Colatura di Gambero Rosso® di Mazara del Vallo, capers, oil, salt and pepper.
